Recognising Achievement
We have a new rewards system in school to help recognise achievement
Recognising achievement
We all love doing well.
We all love being appreciated.
We all love feeling valued.
We all love our new rewards system here at school.
We have reduced the categories to make it easier to be rewarded and acknowledged for doing all the great things you know how to do, day in and day out!
Our new categories are:
-
Servite Values (Community, Compassion, Evangelisation, Holistic approach, Marian Identity, Respect for diversity, Service, Universality)
-
Peaceful, Polite, Punctual - demonstrating our school behaviours in and out of lesson
-
Eyes, Effort, Engagement - demonstrating your ability to focus and learn
Your Head of Year will also reward your 100% attendance and punctuality and our Heads of Department will recognise your efforts and progress after assessments.
Points don't quite mean prizes but they do mean time and recognition with key members of our school community and your parents in the Autumn Term.
40 points - free lunch
60 points - tea and biscuits with senior member of the school
80 points - lunch with Ms McDonald
