Self-care tips to help manage during uncertain times.
We offer Lunchtime Drop-ins with Ms Taylor, School Counsellor, for students to discuss any issues that might be affecting them on Wednesdays, 12.45 - 13.30.
The City & Hackney Mental Health Support Team in schools are pleased to present these workshops for young people to provide some ideas and tips for how to show care of ourselves and to look after our emotional well-being.
