The reasons for this decision are:

  • To broaden the scope of the school’s rich diversity, underpinned by our Catholic and Servite values;

  • To build on the legacy of this school so that it continues to serve the local community in the future;

  • To respond to changes in the local and national schools environment and to ensure our provision matches the local need;

  • To sustain the school’s improvement journey towards Outstanding.

We are seeking the views of all stakeholders on the proposals to transition to a co-educational setting. We want to hear your views and you can contribute to the consultation via the link below:

We have prepared and enclosed the following link to a Frequently Asked Questions document to help answer some of the questions we anticipate you may have.

Our consultation period will run until 26th May 2023, after which a report on the findings will be made available online to all stakeholders via our school website.

The governing body has sought advice from the Diocese of Westminster and the Local Authority and will not be pursuing any changes until there has been a full consultation.

We hope that you will consider this to be a really positive next step for our school and we look forward to receiving your feedback.

Yours sincerely,
