I'd like to express express heartfelt congratulations to the teachers and students for their unwavering dedication. Our students’ success is a testament to their hard work and the support of our talented teachers.

Our Lady's Catholic High School firmly believes in nurturing the potential of every student, providing them with a well-rounded education that extends beyond academics. The remarkable results achieved by the students exemplify the school's commitment to truly pursue excellence.

Thirty-eight percent of grades were A*-A or equivalent, 51% A*-B grades or equivalent. These strong outcomes have earned most students places at their first-choice universities including the prestigious Russell Group and other top universities.

Performances in 3D Design and Spanish were particularly outstanding each securing 100% of the A*-B grades. Performances in vocational courses such as Business (100% of Distinction*-Merit), ICT and Health and Social Care remain strong.

Trisha: “I am going to Nottingham University! I am so grateful that I passed because I worked hard, and it paid off. I'm so proud of myself for pushing myself, and I'm going to continue to work hard and get to where I want to be”.

Anya: "I am so happy with my results because I wasn't expecting them, as I was preparing myself for disappointment. I feel like a weight has been lifted as my hard work has paid off."

Sabiqah: “I am very happy! Being at Our Lady’s has been so fun, as I have made lots of memories and great friends. I am so excited about what's ahead. I feel so good about my results.”

Monique: “Everything feels unreal. I am so proud of myself and so happy that I got into the university I wanted. Today is definitely a day to celebrate!"

Head of Sixth Form, Mr Bailey, also commented, “This year's group are a force to be reckoned with; unwavering spirits coupled with a sense of humour and real compassion. They are exemplary students and these brilliant results are so very well-deserved. I hope that they stay in touch and that we can celebrate their continued successes well into their chosen pathways.”

The School has maintained its 'Good' rating from OFSTED, as recognised in the 2023 report. The report emphasised the students' commendable achievements, which are clearly reflected in their examination results.
